Feature Request: Add flag in `moni mems` to output also the position in the reference of the MEM. #1

It would be nice to have a flag that outputs the position of a MEM in the reference, in addition to the position in the query and the length.

And adding the reference name(s) would be perfect.

Not yet. I will see if I can implement it in the next days.

Included in #6 available in the v0.2.1 release under the -e flag when invoking moni mems.
