Fix non-integer size property error #16

Hi, I've added misc.xml to .gitignore, and fixed issue #15 in this pull request.

Besides, I noticed that package on NPM does not contains latest commits, people who install react-native-spinkit via npm may not be able to properly link it by using RNPM.

Thanks for taking care of this issue 👍 You're right, the auto-link script isn't on npm right now, I'm going to push a new release
