Remove pipenv? #130

Pipenv seems troubled at best: https://github.com/pypa/pipenv/issues/4058 ... should we switch back to good ol' requirements.txt?

@Wyatt-Stanke just FYI -- I like pipenv, but the support isn't there, so we're switching to the tried-and-true pip with requirements.txt approach.
