Better logging? #160

I'm wondering if we should use rich (a python library) and/or nerd fonts to have some nice looking logging? Or add in some color codes?

What would you want to achieve by using those features/libraries?

Just making logging look better, because currently it looks like a hurricane of JSON.

Should I use nerd fonts? Those are fonts that have a set of icons in them.

No nerd fonts ... they're cool, but we need to be sure the logs will be readable in lots of different interfaces, including the GCP logging UI, which doesn't have any nonstandard fonts.
