Implement new 'trade' feature to move XP around from letter to letter #195

A new command ..trade which allows you to specify two inputs: SOURCE and DESTINATION so that I can trade letter XP (at a steep exchange rate)

..trade e q will take away 50 xp from letter E and give 1 to letter Q as players advance in level these rates improve.
