Feature: `get` multiple letters #197

My hands get tired typing get over and over. Add a command to get {x}, where x is an integer of letters I want to get.

I love this idea. ..get 3 ..get 99 -> "Your hand size can't handle that many letters, but I've given you what I'm able to right now"
