Welly update version check problem #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu Welly=>Update...

What is the expected output? 
Latest version is using.

What do you see instead?
New version is found. (2.4)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.64 RC under Mac OS X server 10.6.7.
