Refactor environment and robot split #123

Introduces changing the structure to one single environment with given robot instances. That also allows having multiple robots in parallel. Refer to https://github.com/maxspahn/gym_envs_urdf/issues/120 for more information.

Since this is a breaking change we're moving to version 0.3.0 :rocket:
