Add the cctbx module #104

The Computational Crystallography Toolbox (cctbx)(see 
http://cctbx.sourceforge.net/) are python modules useful for calculations 
etc within crystallography. It also includes symmetry (space groups etc) 
information, useful for solid-state physics related work.

Unfortunately this package is too specialized to be included in Python(x,y).
