Server is only sending messages after poke

With bot started message disabled, the server will not notify that it has started until a message is sent in discord

Joining game before this message is sent does not update discord

poking in discord sends all messages at this time

This bug is confirmed, personally seen this behavior. Need some sanity checks around DiscordGo lib and somehow manage to track origin of this.
