Describe the bug
Bot is not passing chat to second console channel despite receiving commands from that channel, does show the command sent to console IE>

To Reproduce
Runnning 2 factorio servers on 2 separate VM (don't ask why) that share a discord token (and bot) with two different factorio console channels
run command from both channels, bot is seeing command but not passing chat back to console.
bot is able to respond, as it does send some lines but not necessary lines
Expected behavior
Bot should return "Players Online:..."

Factorio version: Newest Version from ~March
Run conditions: Terminal to ./Factocord
