Change compilation to output to lib-iced instead of lib

[zapu]

This makes it easier to merge with mainline coffee, when lib directory is out of the equation.

Current build from lib-iced is also included in this commit.

Added my name to package.json as discussed in #168

I tested this by creating a new, clean, virtualenv, cloning the repository, and doing npm link, npm test, icake build and trying to run some iced scripts.
