add social features #15

This is a required enhancement over the simple messaging feature implemented by 
JStock:
- Allow users to post messages about any stock, which can be viewed by other 
users
- Allow users to modify the stock charts and draw trend and support lines etc, 
and share it with other users online.

Changed status back to 'new', in addition to Low priority, as I really don't 
need this to be worked on right now. It will be a future enhancement.
