Partition by id ranges #10

It is a common practice to partition by ID. Instagram does so as well.

Yeah, I have a lot of plans for this package, including the range partitioning not only by dates as currently implemented, list partitioning, new database backends etc. I just don't have a lot of time for this right now. But this package is not abandoned and I will return to it's development in some time in the future.
