Description

As a user, I should be able to see a splash screen when I launch the application

Expected Behavior

When I tap on the MinuteMaster app launcher, a custom splash screen should appear

I was experimenting with the Splash page yesterday and would like to be assigned to this issue.

https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/launch/splash-screen "The app icon must be a vector drawable. It can be static or animated. Although animations can have an unlimited duration, we recommend not exceeding 1,000 milliseconds. The launcher icon is the default."
