Add Repository Popup Window Remains Open After Add #16

When adding a repository to the grid, after you click "Add Repository" button and the Repo Path popup appears, when a value is entered and the Enter key is pressed, the repo is added to the grid successfully, but the Repo Path popup does not close.

This is an issue with all of the popups in the app currently, and is potentially the fault of web-skin-react. I would like to replace the popups with something else (maybe a modal dialog) but I also think it would be good to figure out how to address the issue for web-skin-react's benefit. @trentgrover-wf
