Linked verses are not supported #17

(Reported by Barry Drake) Linked verses as used by Sword are not supported
properly, meaning that any linked verses will occur several times in the
output.

While I have started thinking about this, the work I was doing on it led to 
large
slowdowns and infinite loops, and I don't think it's high priority at all, 
since it
is only supporting a small subset of what alternate versification will if it 
ever
arrives.  It's not really a defect either, as it present there are no widely
available and interesting modules using it AFAIK.

It also doesn't work in the parallel view.  Left till 0.5 as this requires 
better
table structure and HTML renderer than current to fix it.

While it would be nice to have all of these issues fixed for 0.5, they are not 
critical to the 0.5 goals and so some of them may be deferred to after 0.5.
