Template migration to 0.4 #26

Templates have changed to backend.verse_template.Template instead of
util.util.Template. Pickles from 0.3 will reference the old item. Perhaps a
search and replace of the pickle text will do it?

This didn't appear to work when I did it manually on an SVN copy.  It lost my 
custom
template.

I suspect most users will not have changed their templates, and hence they 
should
just be replaced with new "standard" default templates for 0.4.

In fact, it does work.  I just changed the pickle incorrectly, so it was 
failing to
load at all.  My custom template is once again restored.  Should be readily 
possible
to do the change automagically.

Fixed in r362.
A simple find and replace on the pickle does it.
