Touch Sensor Interaction #62

Add a connection between the touch sensor, actuators (motors), and belly editing.

Added haptics support for WoZ in https://github.com/mayacakmak/emarsoftware/pull/79. Touching will also make a purr sound outside of WoZ, but the robot will tilt its head only in WoZ. Next step would be to implement EUP functionality for haptics
