Updated the remoteMotors.py file on the physical robot to be able to adjust robot index to read from
Created button in Robot Setup UI to check if movement is enabled, and if not, enable a button to initialize the database motor and pose states for that robot, allowing movement as long as the physical robot's code is updated to that robot profile
