travis build fail issue :

./testplan/ build failing because of mismatching of package installing and unable to starting server on yarn build build .

Fix for the issue and changes happend in this PR

Issue got fixed by making changes in package.json to install updated packages of Docusauraus .
Enabled ./testplan/ build in travis
