The priorityclass system-cluster-critical and system-node-critical are created by the k8s by default and should not be modified, hence removed this and added the custom ones, similar to cstor helm charts- https://github.com/openebs/cstor-operators/blob/master/deploy/helm/charts/templates/priority-class.yaml
