Hello, I'm having problems getting both apps to connect to each other. Do I need to pair my iPad mini 2 with my iMac first? If you need them, I got some screenshots on my Mac. The devices are able to pair, but then they lose the pairing after about 10 seconds. iMac late 2009 21.5" 3.06 Core 2 Duo Bluetooth Software Version 4.2.7f4 15112

iPad mini 2 IOS 8.3

Hello, Thanks for reporting!

Hm, I wonder, what OSX version are you running?

During those 10 seconds, does the orientation transmit? Does the orientation window animate the changes?

I'm surprised, I didn't think that 2009 iMacs supported bluetooth low energy. Are you using a USB dongle?

Thanks for the response! Maybe the age of my Mac is the problem. I can see the lights doing a rotating pattern, and my iPad and Mac can discover each other, but that's as far as it gets. It looks like the app itself works fine, if I tilt my device, I can see the orientation shape moving on the screen. I'll do some more research on the Bluetooth radio for my iMac model and get back to you. And a usb dongle might be the key, I'll try that as well.
