feat: splash screen add (squashed) #8

Resolving issue #1 The splash screen has been implemented. Right now it has a dummy text "Splash text here!". To change it, edit ./VoiceCalculator/app/src/main/res/layout/splash.xml

Also any changes in local files will not be reflected in this PR.
