Does not build on Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using the obscure swtoolkit it should start to compile.
Instead:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "../../swtoolkit/wrapper.py", line 44, in <module>
    import SCons.Script
ImportError: No module named SCons.Script

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.14 on Linux

In which dir are you running the command? You want to exec to the command in 
the same dir as the libjingle.scons file is located. (\libjingle-0.6.14\talk\)
