Map Wiki Reader - bug #25

Describe the bug Map wiki reader doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to map tab
  2. Double click on a map pin

Expected behavior A Wiki reader should slide up in the left hand side

Additional context The wiki reader is originally set to not show up in case the map wiki is null or empty
