ctrl+pgup/down for scratchpad switch?

Added menu items for some of these also...

Switch documents: Ctrl PgUp / PgDn
Move documents: Ctrl Shift PgUp / PgDn
Jump between editor and interpreter: Ctrl Space
Test / Run code: Ctrl Enter

Give these a try and let me know how they work.
