feature request: save data set to file default directory #3

Currently, if you right click on a plot and save a data set, the default
path is JavaSims which is often far from the desired directory.  It would
be more convienient create a file which stroes the path of the last
directory into which you saved a data set for a particular program (or
title of a data set or title of a plot.)
