replace "forever" with pm2 #168

currently, to keep the magibot process running 24/7 even if for some reason it crashes, we use forever its not being actively maintained well anymore, and they suggest switching to an alternative

not needed anymore, as its now deployed in a container that should take care of keeping itself alive
