Description Here's a proposal for adding custom theming / overriding:

Move all variables out to a separate _variables.scss file
Add an _ overrides.scss file which lists all available variables that can be overridden (commented out)
Import the overrides file after the variables file to override

Is custom theming something we want to allow? Or will it defeat the point of the design aesthetic we're trying to go for?
