NDI-Python Module Still Not Installing After Building Wheel (cannot install package: ndi-python") #43

Hello, I've installed the NDI SDK and built my own wheel file as described on the "ndi-python" repo, and am still getting a "cannot install package: ndi-python" error message. I'm using windows 10 and Blender 4.1. What would be my next steps to get this working?
