no timeouts on scan #9

if i just forgot to insert my bluetooth adapter to usb, phonetooth may
hangs for years.

1) phonetooth must know about presence of bluetooth adapter
2) there are must be timeout on scan (~30sec or configurable)

good idea, killing the discovery thread after a timeout is on the todo list

Version in subversion no longer hangs when no bluetooth device is present.
A new release will be created in the coming days
