Thanks for putting up this lecture and a permissive licence.It would be great to have a suggected citationfor this lecture in README, eg:

Michael Mayer. Introduction to Machine Learning. June, 2021. Web: https://github.com/mayer79/ml_lecture/

(or formatted to better citation style)

Also, nice list of literature, very useful.

You can also put a DOI for https://zenodo.org after your writing is complete. It makes a nice badge in README too.

Thanks for the hint! This indeed looks promising. Maybe I will first write the Python counterpart and then move it to that site.
