This is a feature request..

I'll be nice to have the option of turning of pre multiplied aplpha for DXT1a 
format

There's no way to disable premultiplied alpha for DXT1. That's the way the 
format was designed and there's no way around that. Please, see the links in 
issue 86.

Nvidia's photoshop plugin is able to save 1bit alpha for DXT1a without touching 
the RGB channels.. 
Is there anyway i can get nvcompress to do the same by modifying the source 
files ?
