Library versioning for linux distributions (e.g. debian) #170

I'm currently packaging this library for debian which requires library 
versioning. See attached patch for cmake changes to support library versioning.

Also there seems to be quite a list of files for which there is no copyright 
information. I searched and identified:

src/nvcore/Radix.h: Copyright (c) 2000 Pierre Terdiman
src/nvcore/Radix.cpp: Copyright (c) 2000 Pierre Terdiman
src/nvmath/TriBox.cpp: Copyright (c) 2001 Tomas Akenine-Möller

Searching for these files reveals that most of them are under public-domain as 
there is no license given.
