Artifacts with CUDA 2.0 #46

The CUDA DXT1 compressor produces artifacts when compiled with the CUDA 2.0
toolkit.

There's a simple workaround, but reduces performance by 5-10%. Ideally this
should be solved before the final release of CUDA 2.0.

This has been solved internally, and the fix will be in the final CUDA 2.0 
release.
