Toggle Kiosk-mode with keyboard hotkey or mouse action? #50

Is there any way to temporarily disable kiosk-mode by moving the mouse to the left/top edge of Lovelace? Or, maybe a keyboard hotkey? If not, perhaps you might consider this as a feature request?

Most users of kiosk-mode probably use it for a tablet. Could you give an example use case?

when you need to do some quick editing of the cards on that view
