Error running on HA 2021.10.1 #72

Running on 2021.10.1 i now have an error in my log Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'shadowRoot')

Any idea?

Please share your config and any other info you can so that I may try to recreate the issue. From my testing, all options are working as expected on 2021.10.4.
