Boilerplate repo voor nieuwe registratiecomponenten.

Vraag is of dit in open-api-framework moet zijn of dat we een open-api-framework-startproject oid willen hebben

Thought about it, tried it, but django startproject is much more flexible and powerful to replace texts.
