Backend

[x] Add log for when the list is sent for review (status change from "new" to "ready to review"). The log should have the information:
- The record manager that created the list
- The range of archiefactiedatum (first and last date for the zaken in the list)
- All zaaktypen (with the names and not the URLs I guess)
- All the resultaten (also with the name)
- All archiefnominaties
- Comment record manager
- Count of how many cases are in the list
[x] Add the number of zaken in a list after a record manager has processed a review (when the status changes from "changes requested" to "ready to review").
[x] Make sure that these logs can be filtered for in the endpoint
