[DRAFT] StUF-compatibility #449

Just adding this issue for if you ever want to use StUF-services, we should wrap the code in Open Forms into a library. It's already prepped for that but when used in multiple projects we should polish it up.

Please don't invent it again here, StUF is too messy for that.

Previous PO forbid StUF-integrations, so until decided otherwise OIP will only support modern REST APIs

And I agree but this is just so devs can find the code that was already made IF it is needed
