packer v1.3.1 sync.

  1. Packer had a typo in attribute name. all references to clone_from_vmxc_path should be changed to clone_from_vmcx_path see https://www.packer.io/docs/builders/hyperv-vmcx.html#clone_from_vmcx_path
  2. add attribute temp_path see https://www.packer.io/docs/builders/hyperv-vmcx.html#temp_path
