mention clientId parameter in documentation for assignRole #65

I had to look it up in the source. would be nice to mention it in the docs

Hey @ataraxus thanks for the finding :) The right place for this documentation is in the docsbuild directory. The docs dir is required by github to serve my docs. This directory is completly generated from the docsbuild directory. I added the parameter to the documentation: https://mayope.github.io/keycloakmigration/migrations/user/#assignrole. I guess we can close the pull request with this resolution? :)
