A webui implementation with a few authoritative improvements.

  1. the whole pipline was implemented in one convenient web interface.
  2. Added the ability to automatically define a face and crop it.
  3. Added the ability to detect anomalous frames and cut them out
  4. Added possibility to get each received frame
  5. Added a lot of advanced settings that are not available in the regular script.
