Fix #7: updated page design using bootstrap 4

I tried to put a better and a little more modern design using bootstrap 4 without touching the base frame too much. Main changes include:

• Imported and used 'Ubuntu' font
• Used bootstrap card as a frame
• Modified bootstrap classes for bunch of tags for better display
• Adjusted font size and background colour to make it look more modern
• Changed 'bio' text input to textarea for better display
