Not connecting to POIVY.... #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. can not connect to poivy sip service (poivy.com)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Service not available

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest version

Please provide any additional information below.

tried to enter all the settings needed but seems not to work.
can you give me detailed settings for a connection with poivy accounts?

 * SIP port : 5060
 * Registrar : sip.poivy.com
 * Proxy server : sip.poivy.com
 * Outbound proxy server : leave empty
 * Account name : your PoivY username
 * Password : your PoivY password
 * Display name/number : your PoivY username or voipnumber
 * Stunserver (option) : stun.poivy.com

thats what i have in my settings but sometimes it connects - sometimes not 
(mostly)...

So if some times siphon connects, then the problem comes from server or wifi 
network.
Do you have the same problem with sip phone on pc or mac ?

Could you activate log file ? Define log level to detailled.
The log file (log.txt) is written in /var/mobile/Library/Siphon
