TIMELINE. IE7 bottom track of timeline misaligned when inside a table on IE7

The bottom track of the timeline seems to be offset by some constant when I
place the timeline inside a table on IE7.

Works fine on Firefox and Safari. The offset problem goes away once I
remove the timeline from the table.

First, remove align="center" from one of those td so that the labels of the
events are flushed left. I'm not sure if that is also the cause of the
bottom track's problem.

I can confirm that putting the timeline DIV inside a table cell will break the 
band synch and initial date-centre function (in IE6 and IE7 in my tests). 

Many thx for your post Jeremiah, I was baffled as to why it wasn't working. 
Easy enough to fix.
