Add a link to the new website in the wiki home page #46

Many users still use the wiki page and do not know about the wiki page (the first result for "gama platform" on google is the wiki page). It could be a good idea to add at the top of the wiki home page a message(that should be easy to remark) concerning the new website with a link.

I added it in the "home" page of the wiki.
