[x] Shrink the floater & move closer to the edge of a browser window — #683
[ ] Reduce the size of the open floater by reducing the total number of suggestions
- [ ] Transparent background (maybe blurred?)
- [ ] Increase spacing around suggested cards — #732
- [ ] Reduce the size overall taken by suggestions on open floater
- [ ] Bonus: make it look and feel like wheel (if it's fast)
