Direct quotes for Beagle Search algo #839

And only other bug fix I'd add is making sure direct quotes work. They appear to still be broken.

Is it related to Beagle as the title suggests? In the screenshots Graham shared the search phrase was long enough to go the TFJS route. Also some minor clarifications and extra examples here
